Kitchen Cookbook
A collection of recipes gathered from kitchens, websites, family, and the occasional late-night scroll — organized by season, built to be used.

Squash, rosemary, parmesan — the start of fall on the counter.
Recipes are organized by when their ingredients are at their best and when the dish feels right. Tags help you scan for what you're after without flipping through every page.
This is Drew Keske's working cookbook — the recipes he actually cooks, kept in one place instead of scattered across bookmarks, screenshots, and text messages from family. 83 of them so far, 45 written out in full here and the rest linked back to where they came from.
It's for anyone who cooks from what's around: home cooks, market shoppers, people putting together a weeknight dinner from a share box. Everything is filed by season, because that's how the ingredients show up.
It exists because a recipe you can't find is a recipe you don't cook. Nothing here is precious — it's a living document, added to whenever something is worth making twice.
