Creamy Chili Crisp Pasta

Method

    Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup starchy pasta water before draining.

    Drain pasta and return to pot over low heat. Add cream cheese and chili crisp.

  3. 03

    Stir gently until cream cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce. Add pasta water as needed for a silky consistency.

    Fold in spinach and stir until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve immediately.
